Refunds

CANCELLATION
: Savadori Navigazione s.r.l. reserves the right to cancel the voyage at any time prior to its commencement as provided by law, with no other obligation than to return the sums paid. Made 2/3 of the trip Savadori Navigazione s.r.l. has no obligation to reimburse.
Cases of cancellation include bad weather, failure to reach the minimum number of participants, technical failures, provisions from Port Authorities due to paroxysmal events in the Aeolian Islands.

In case of
RENUNCIATION BY THE CUSTOMER
, Savadori Navigazione s.r.l. will refund in full the amount collected, only in the case of renunciations received
2 days
before the start of the trip.

In case of
booking through partner agencies
, Savadori Navigazione .r.l. will provide exclusively for the return of the amounts net of commissions paid in the agency.
The sums paid on account, must be returned by the ‘agency that issued the ticket. The name of the ‘agency is listed on the ticket next to the booking name and surname.
In case of
direct booking
( without intermediary agencies ) the return will be made by the same means of payment for the ‘full amount within 72 hours.

You will be able to see the ‘credit according to the currency times of your credit institution.
Customers who do not show up for boarding for various reasons should give timely notice to the ground office via whatsapp or email.
Once the ‘excursion is over, it will no longer be possible to request a refund.
