Inform yourself well before departure

Arrival and departure times to and from each island, expressed on our website or flyers, are to be considered INDICATIVE as they are subject to weather – sea conditions, sea traffic and provisions by port and municipal authorities.
Exact departure times are communicated only by the captain, or ship’s guide, on the day of the excursion upon arrival near the islands

Please note that, dates will be subject to optimal marine weather conditions and minimum number of participants.
In case the minimum number is not reached, the ‘excursion will be postponed to the first useful date.

The departure will be determined to the FAVORABLE marine weather conditions. Since the excursion lasts about 12 hours this company tries to start the ship only in optimal marine weather conditions. Should the field trip be postponed it will be moved to the first available date

There are unattended parking lots near the ports of departure. However, there are paid parking spaces, on blue stripes, or free parking spaces on white stripes.

Info on blue stripe prices are to be sought from municipal police because they are subject to change.

Leave your car outside the port area as neither parking nor stopping is allowed inside the port. The area is under video surveillance, resulting in a fine

The Company’s vehicles, due to their technical characteristics, are intended for “Passenger transportation” only. In fact, they do not have cages or places specifically for transporting pets. It is allowed, the carriage of a pet accompanying the passenger, under the following conditions:

  • during the entire duration of the trip, dogs must be muzzled and leashed and worn in case other passengers feel the need; cats and other small pets, on the other hand, must necessarily be kept in suitable “carriers,” as well as birds in appropriate cages.
  • animals should be transported in such a condition that they cannot cause damage or inconvenience to other passengers and/or the vessel;

The Company reserves the right to request, prior to boarding, health certification attesting to the animal’s state of good health and vaccination record.

Maintenance, custody and care of animals during transport are at the expense and risk of the passenger, who is obliged to comply with the health regulations dictated in this regard by the Competent Authorities.

Comfortable beach clothing: flip-flops, bathing suit, sun hat, especially in high season.

DO NOT bring along beach umbrellas or beach toys for children-they would just be inconvenient to carry around.

Low season best to bring a long-sleeved shirt if you want to make the return trip on the open deck.

If the weather forecast is not optimal, also bring a windbreaker, which you can leave on board in case you do not need it.

In case of cancellation, upon prior notice, the reservation is postponed to the first available date.

Cancellation must be received at least 48h before departure. In case of non-cancellation, the amounts paid will not be returned.

Departure will always be confirmed with optimal weather and sea conditions for sailing.

Showers and rains, immediately before and during embarkations, will not necessarily preclude the departure of the excursion.

However, it is recommended, especially during the off-season, to have a windbreaker as the places are not all covered.

The QR CODE must be presented and scanned on the morning of the excursion at the port.

Departures are determined according to weather and sea conditions and the number of participants. In case of adverse weather/sea conditions, the excursion will be cancelled/postponed.

The return leg is confirmed only 24/48h before departure.

The data provided will not be used for any marketing campaign.

Data will be kept until the end of the excursion.

Yes it is mandatory to complete the online check-in.

Customers are only entitled to skip the line at the time they make payment online. This right is valid only for collecting boarding passes on the morning of the excursion.

Reservations can be made at any time. In high season it is recommended to book at least one week in advance.

The island tour by boat can be booked directly on the motorboat on the day of the excursion, as it can only be done in optimal marine weather conditions.

Seats on board are not numbered and cannot be reserved.

One does not choose which motor vessel to leave with. It is determined which motor vessel to leave with based on the number of reservations. Savadori Navigation has a fleet of 3 motor vessels of different capacities. If you want to learn about our fleet click on INFO – OUR FLEET.

There are no refreshment areas on our motorboats. All of our fleet has a small snack bar not ideal for lunch/dinner but just for breakfast or snacks.

In cases of round-trip travel to or from the Aeolian Islands, small luggage is allowed.

Please bring, however, only one small piece of luggage per person.

It is specified that Savadori Navigation under no circumstances will be responsible for their safekeeping.

In the event that you display a failed transaction message, even though you received a text message alert about the charge from your bank, the payment was still not completed and Savadori Navigation sends a request for immediate reversal of the amount, with no actual charge to the payment method used.

For prepaid cards, the time to restore the ceiling depends on the card issuer , which we encourage you to contact for more information.

In the case of payment by bank transfer , the time to have the amount available again follows those normally established by banking circuits.

Check-in does not have a deadline. It can also be done online the morning of the excursion.
