CHECK-IN: Once the ticket is received via email or WhatsApp, it remains MANDATORY by the client to complete the check-in which consists of filling in a format that appears by clicking the button above ‘ DO YOUR CHECK-IN NOW’ with the data of each component i.e.: first name, last name, gender, age, nationality, pathologies. When you have finished filling in all the data, press the ‘ ACT CHECK-IN ‘ button. The system takes you back to the payment page where you enter your card information
ONLINE PAYMENT: You cannot proceed with payment if you have not checked in first. Ticket balance via link above is recommended but not required. The balance can be settled at the port either in cash or by visa, MasterCard, applepay circuit card. NO AMERICAN EXPRESS. NO PAYPAL. Payment made via link sent via email, directly from our website or directly to the agency, entitles you to skip the line ONLY when you hand in your boarding passes at the port, and NOT when you re-embark from each island on the mini-cruise.

PARKING LOTS NEAR THE HARBOR: Near the ports, there are paid parking lots on blue stripes, or free parking on white stripes ( few). Leave your car outside the port area as neither parking nor stopping is allowed inside the port. The area is under video surveillance resulting in a fine.

CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER: In case of customer’s cancellation, SAVADORI s.r.l. will refund in full the amount collected, only in the case of cancellations received 2 days before the beginning of the trip. In the case of booking through partner agencies, Savadori Navigazione s.r.l. will provide exclusively for the return of the amounts net of commissions paid at the agency. The sums paid on account, must be returned by the ‘agency that issued the ticket. The name of the ‘agency is listed on the ticket next to the booking name and surname. In case of direct booking ( without intermediary agencies ) the return will be made by the same means of payment for the ‘full amount within 72 hours. You will be able to see the ‘credit according to the currency times of your credit institution. Once the ‘excursion is over, it will no longer be possible to request a refund.
CANCELLATION: SAVADORI s.r.l. reserves the right to cancel the trip at any time prior to the start as provided by law, with no other obligation than to return the amounts paid. Made 2/3 of the trip SAVADORI s.r.l. has no obligation to reimburse. Departures are confirmed when the minimum number of participants is reached and weather conditions are favorable for departure. STOP IN FRONT OF THE FIRE SCIARA FOR THE EXCURSION STROMBOLI BY NIGHT AND PANAREA + STROMBOLI BY NIGHT: In case of unfavorable weather – sea conditions, the captain, for the safety of the passengers, may decide not to pass by the “Sciara del Fuoco” and set course to the port of departure. Stopover times on Stromboli Island will be changed according to the length of daylight so that we will be under the Sciara del Fuoco at dusk.
OBSERVANCE OF TIMETABLES: Arrival and departure times to and from each island expressed on our website or flyers are to be considered INDICATIVE. Precise departure times are communicated only by the captain, or ship’s guide, on the day of the excursion upon ‘arrival in the vicinity of the islands as they are subject to weather-marine conditions, maritime traffic and provisions by the Port Authorities. In order to avoid unpleasant inconveniences, it is advisable to follow the voice guide on board who will give the synchronization with the ‘clock of the Master so as not to risk missing the motor vessel for a few minutes. Arrivals and departures at each port are regulated by the Coast Guard and therefore it is not possible to wait even a minute beyond the established time of departure.
Tickets issued FOR ROUND-trip ONLY and/or RETURN ONLY will be confirmed only 48h before departure, as each departure is subject to minimum number of participants or and favorable marine weather conditions, so this does not count as a ticket. Savadori Navigazione reserves the right to CANCEL EVEN THE MORNING OF THE DEPARTURE if they feel that there are not the conditions to depart safely. Regarding passages of ONLY GOING or ONLY RETURNING I remember that the price guarantees the passage and NOT the mini-cruise. That is, we do not guarantee that all of the islands will be touched as we are subject to daily provisions of the harbormaster’s office but especially to marine weather conditions. Therefore, the captain may decide to reverse course and change the schedule by a few minutes or not to land on islands that do not allow safe landing or re-embarkation. Savadori Navigation guarantees only the outbound leg. In case the minimum number of participants is not reached, Savadori nav reserves the right to cancel. As for the return leg, this company will give final confirmation only 24 hours before departure. On the day of departure from the Aeolian Islands, call the ship’s number to ascertain the ‘departure time. BOARDING RULES: Each passenger must be in possession of his or her own boarding pass. It is marked “TICKET PAID” on the same, which means that the landing fee and port fees have been paid. The boarding pass must be shown to the crew whenever you re-embark at the end of the stopover on the island, and in case of a shore check by Lipari Municipality officials, the passenger, must show the boarding pass in order to avoid incurring heavy fines. It is strictly forbidden to wait for the boat to arrive at the dock. Before arriving at each island, the Commander will set the ‘meeting point and communicate it via microphone. At each rendezvous point there will be a crew member recognizable by T-shirt and yellow placard. Please occupy only one seat on board the motorboat. Bags, backpacks and miscellaneous items should be housed under the seats or on top of the tables. It is recommended not to spend the entire time of the trip on the upper deck, so as not to risk sunstroke or heatstroke. The upper deck is ventilated and very often you do not feel the actual heat you are exposing yourself to. Smoking is strictly prohibited on board, even outdoors as ashes and cigarette butts may fly at eye level.
